The Cleveland Browns have sold enough tickets to avoid a local television blackout for their home game Sunday after receiving a 48-hour extenstion from the NFL. The Browns announced Saturday that the team had averted a local blackout within a 75-mile radius for their game against the Raiders. The team said it had distributed a portion of remaining tickets to a range of local civic organizations.
