The Cleveland Browns have been awarded LB Blake Costanzo off of waivers from the Buffalo Bills, the team announced on Tuesday. Costanzo entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the New York Jets in 2006. He was waived prior to the 2006 regular season before going to camp with the team again the following year.
