Browns Issue Statement On WR Donte Stallworth

The Cleveland Browns have issued a statement regarding todays decision by receiver Donte Stallworth to plead guilty to DUI manslaughter charges in Florida. The Browns are very conscious of the seriousness of the charges to which Donte Stallworth plead guilty to today, the statement reads. We are continuing to evaluate the situation and will make the decisions that we believe are in the best interest of the Cleveland Browns. Before the Browns can make any decisions, the league office will be chiming in. Goodell might shut Stallworth down for the 30 days he is behind bars and for the two years of house arrest.
