Cleveland Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski ruled out quarterback Brandon Weeden for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals and announced Wednesday that Brian Hoyer would get the start according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.

This is an announcement that surprised absolutely no one after Hoyer completed 30-of-54 passes for 321 yards with three touchdowns in last Sunday's win over the Vikings. The test will be much stiffer this week as the Bengals feature one of the league's most talented defenses. They held Aaron Rodgers to 244 yards with one touchdown and two picks last week.
