ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports that Browns running back Peyton Hillis is ruled out against the Dolphins. Hillis was a late addition to the injury report on Friday as he came down with strep throat and a fever. Montario Hardesty will draw the start. According to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon-Journal, Hillis "did not look well at all" when spotted near the locker room at Browns Stadium Sunday morning. Dogged by knee injuries so far in his career, Hardesty has managed just 19 yards on eight regular season carries after a pedestrian preseason. Source: Adam Schefter: Twitter.com
