Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Colt McCoy is sick and not practicing. McCoy returned to the starting lineup last week in Cincinnati after missing three games with a sprained ankle, but stayed inside Wednesday as his teammates began preparing for Sunday's home game against Baltimore. Browns coach Eric Mangini did not say anything about McCoy's illness during his news conference. A team spokesman said McCoy was "not feeling well." Source: cbssports.com
