The Cleveland Browns were awarded former Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Ramzee Robinson off waivers from the Philadelphia Eagles, according to a league source. The former Alabama defensive back was placed on waivers Tuesday, allowing the 1-10 Browns to put in a claim on him.
