The Browns have signed Pro Bowl kicker Billy Cundiff to a one-year contract today, a league source confirmed to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Cundiff, 33, tried out today in Berea along with Giorio Tavecchio, who was released last week by the Packers. Source: The Redzone
