Coach Rob Chudzinski said Davone Bess will start ahead of Greg Little, who’s struggled with catching passes in the first two weeks and was cited for three more traffic violations early Monday morning. The decision is rooted in on-field performance, a team spokesman said. Little will remain in the receiver rotation. Bess has caught 10 passes for 85 yards, while Little has eight receptions for 59 yards and at least four drops. Bess will start opposite of Josh Gordon, who returns after a two-game drug ban. “That’s been my approach since I have been in the league,†said Bess, a six-year veteran who made 13 starts with Miami a season ago. “I wanted to prepare every day as if I was starting even if I wasn’t just in case you were thrown into the fire and a situation like this presented itself.†Source:Cleveland.com
