The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' preseason game Saturday against the Jacksonville Jaguars will be blacked out in the Bay area television market, the team confirmed Tuesday. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. at Raymond James Stadium. The game will be broadcast on tape delay Sunday at 11 a.m. on News Channel 8. NFL rules require any game that does not sell out be blacked out locally. Bucs director of communications Jonathan Grella confirmed the blackout a day before the deadline of 72 hours before kickoff.
