Cornerback Aqib Talib will be permitted to play Sunday at Carolina but still faces a fine or possible suspension for watching the Bucs 17-14 win over Cleveland from his suite at Raymond James Stadium. "We do not expect to conclude the review before next week,'' said NFL spokesman Randall Liu. Talib was suspended one game for violating the NFL's player conduct code and was ordered to stay away from the team, players and coaches. Players who are serving a suspension cannot attend games, even as a spectator. Source St. Petersburg Times
