Buccaneers Claim WR Jordan Shipley Off Waivers From Bengals

    Adding to an already improved receiving corps, Tampa Bay claimed wide receiver Jordan Shipley off waivers from Cincinnati on Monday. Shipley, who started training camp on the PUP list before being activated in late July, is still recovering from a torn ACL he suffered in Week 2 last season.
