The four-year contract for Tampa Bay Buccaneers second round defensive tackle Brian Price carries a maximum value of $5.35 million, according to a league source. Price received a signing bonus of $2.75 million. The former UCLA standout defensive lineman received an eight-percent increase in guaranteed money over last year's slot. The Price camp wanted to get the deal done on time and also do a contract that would stand up fairly for the slot. At the NFL scouting combine, Price bench pressed 225 pounds 34 times and ran the 40-yard dash in 5.12 seconds. Source: National Football Post
