The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be losing another coach to the University of Tennessee as Rich Bisaccia, who has been with the Bucs for the last eight seasons, is expected to depart to join Lane Kiffin’s staff in Knoxville. Bisaccia is expected to coach special teams for the Vols. He was the associated head coach and special teams coordinator for the Bucs this past season.

Dammit I though Rich would take the USF HC gig.

Well Rich was one. Interim coach Carl Franks, Tommy Bowden and Skip Holtz are the big names.
