The NFL is currently discussing whether or not to suspend Dashon Goldson for a hit on Jaron Brown late in the game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Arizona Cardinals, according to Adam Schefter. He has picked up $130,000 in fines this year due to two hits to the head of defenseless receivers. Source: SBNation.com Sweets's Take: The NFL needs to really take into account that Dashon didn't hit Brown in the head but in the chest area. The NFL and refs also need to really look at the hits because these calls change the game and not always in a good way. It does NO GOOD to apologize the day after that the call was a wrong call.
