The Buccaneers have signed fourth-round pick DE Kyle Moore and seventh-round pick CB E.J. Biggers to four-year deals. Moore should battle for a starting spot at left end with Jimmy Wilkerson, and he should see some snaps in obvious pass rushing situations.
