When director of pro scouting Doug Williams left the Buccaneers on Tuesday, he wasn’t the only member of the personnel department to end his tenure with the team. Pro personnel assistant Victor Green, a longtime Jets safety, was let go on the same day. Green’s responsibilities involved evaluating the current roster and free agents as well as advance scouting. He joined the team last year and hoped to learn the ropes of working in a front office environment.
