The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that they have signed the following college free agents. Cornerback Deveron Carr Arizona State, Wide Receiver Jerry Johnson UCLA, Tight End Evan Landi South Florida, Cornerback Rashaan Melvin Northern Illinois, Wide Receiver D.J. Monroe Texas, Linebacker Willie Moseley Buffalo, Tackle Brice Schwab Arizona State, Running Back Akeem Shavers Purdue, Guard Adam Smith Western Kentucky, Cornerback Brenden Smith Georgia, Tackle Nick Speller UMass, Tackle Jason Weaver Southern Mississippi, and Wide Receiver Tim Wright Rutgers. The Buccaneers also waived guard/tackle Derek Hardman, defensive tackle Corvey Irvin and cornerback James Rogers, and announced the retirements of kicker Nate Kaeding, and tight end Drake Dunsmore.
