Arron Sears' ongoing absence from offseason workouts has apparently cost him job as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers starting left guard. Sears missed all of the team's voluntary workouts while dealing with an undisclosed personal issue and missed the first day of the team's mandatory minicamp Tuesday for the same reason. Bucs head coach Raheem Morris initially said Sears' absence Tuesday was not excused, and that Sears now will have to beat out second-year pro Jeremy Zuttah if he returns and hopes to win back his starting job. "I look out there and I see that number so that's our guy starting for us right now,'' Morris said of Zuttah. "That's his role, that's his job.'' Source: Tampa Tribune
