Buccaneers left guard Arron Sears may be away from OTAs because he is dealing with depression, not due to lingering effects of a concussion, the Pewter Report alleges. Head coach Raheem Morris says it's a "private matter." Sears, a second-round pick in 2007, has started 31 games over the past two seasons and won't be easy to replace.

The depression could be brought on by the concussion.
