The Tampa Bay Buccaneers players-only meeting was reportedly focused on Greg Schiano's rigid coaching staff, according to Albert Breer of NFL Network. Breer claims that players "mobilized" to try to change Greg Schiano's "rigid and rugged" coaching methods.

Greg Schiano told players that he would listen, but also that his way would lead to on-field results. The fact that the Bucs are now 0-2 and his ways are not leading to on-field results won't have the players very satisfied, then.

The players' complaints focused on Schiano's training camp, which they viewed as "unrelenting", per Breer. One player's quote is particularly troubling. "He came into the team meeting, said you guys gotta trust me, we're in half-pads that day, then the next day, it's back to the same thing."
