    The Tampa Bay Buccaneers report via Twitter that running back Cadillac Williams returned to full practice today. Center Jeff Faine was held out another day. Williams is expected to start this week against the Steelers. He was limited Wednesday by a hamstring injury. Faine is dealing with an unspecified leg injury.
