The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have re-signed wide receiver Tiquan Underwood, who was among the club's final cuts before the start of the season. Underwood, who played for Bucs coach Greg Schiano at Rutgers, appeared in 14 games last season for Tampa Bay and posted career highs of 28 catches, 425 yards and two touchdowns.
