The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed wide receiver Jordan Norwood, who was released by the Cleveland Browns earlier this week. Norwood has posted 36 catches for 405 yards and one touchdown the past two years.

To make room for Norwood, the Buccaneers released defensive end Aaron Morgan. There were high hopes for the speed rusher who showed some ability in limited playing time last year, but Morgan hasn't been healthy this preseason and that has made it tough for him to stand out. Hopefully he can get healthy, catch on elsewhere and show off his skills.
