Buccaneers TE Erik Lorig To Play FB Vs. Falcons

Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie tight end Erik Lorig will get the start at fullback in place of injured Earnest Graham vs. the Atlanta Falcons. Graham has been ruled out because of a sore hamstring. Lorig, a recently converted defensive end, has no track record of playing fullback.

Heard an interview with this kid yesterday. He's pretty sharp. He's a tad bit tall for the FB position but we'll see.

 

Well the Giants have been playing Bear Pascoe at FB and he is 6-5, it's working well for them.
