Russell was the Number 1 overall draft pick in 2007 and despite a $39 million salary over the last three years, he managed to win just seven games.

With the signing of Campbell, I think everyone could see it coming. Now the question is does anyone else think about signing him?

I think I'm one of the few disappointed in this news. I was always hoping he'd be in Oakland for many, many years.

Here's hoping that Jason Campbell is the next Aaron Brooks.

 

If this doesn't convince the owners that they need a Rookie Salary Cap, nothing will :icon_confused:

 

Screw that dude, you don't get better playing against non competitive teams.

Consider this though....Russell actually beat the Chiefs last year, something Campbell couldn't do so there is hope.
