Can Jaguars Trade Down Enough To Take WR Stephen Hill In The Draft?

Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union reports one name to keep in mind with the Jaguars according to a few sources have said is Georgia Tech receiver Stephen Hill. Hill drew a lot of notice at the NFL Combine in February when he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.36 seconds -- the fastest time among receivers, Hill is coming out after his junior season and has been a starter for the Yellow Jackets for the past two seasons. Hill only caught 28 passes last season, but he averaged 29.3 yards per catch. He has the speed to run by corners and be a deep threat in the NFL. The question is what he can do beyond that and how reliable he can be. Hill is probably a second-round draft pick, or he could be a late first-rounder but I don't know that the Jaguars would be able to trade down far enough that they would take Hill in the first round. Kansas City, the most likely team to want to trade up and grab Ryan Tannehill, picks 11th. But it's possible if they like him that much.

well, i don't think hill is supposed to go until late in the 1st rd so there should be plenty of possible trade partners they could work with and still get him.
