    Just what the title reads...

Can You Make A Competitive Team Out Of The NFL's 2013 Florida Franchises?

The Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jacksonville Jaguars. If you condensed the three teams (in their current states) to one team, could you create one that is competitive?

Easily, yes. Vincent Jackson, Cecil Shorts, and Mike Wallace with Tannehill throwing and Doug Martin running? Between the three of them you could build a solid/good offensive line, and they'd have a god damned offense.

Its a bit tougher if you don't include the Dolphins, because they don't suck, but I think probably either way, yeah it could be done.

Every team in the NFL could turn it around. Coaching is severely underrated in the NFL. The two positions that can change a franchise around in a hurry are head coach and quarterback. Miami and Tampa seem to have decent options at QB, but 'not ideal' captains manning the ship. Jacksonville is hecked though.
