The Arizona Cardinals cut former third-round cornerback Jamell Fleming. They promoted wide receiver Kerry Taylor to the active roster from the practice squad. Fleming was drafted last year out of Oklahoma by the Cardinals and started three games as a rookie. He registered 23 tackles last season, but didn't play during the Cardinals' loss to the St. Louis Rams. Source: National Football Post
