Kent Somers reports via Twitter that the Arizona Cardinals will deactivate rookie defensive tackle Dan Williams for Week 4 because he is overweight. Gabe Watson is expected to replace him against the Chargers. Williams was drafted by the Cardinals in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft and played college football at Tennessee.
