Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic predicts that Cardinals' current backup quarterback Max Hall will be the Cardinals' starter in 2011 and could be the quarterback of the future. According to Somers, The team has enough confidence in rookie QB Hall that they did not try to sign a veteran after Matt Leinart's release and it is possible that hall could take Derek Anderson's job before the end of the season. Hall has a distinguished family tree as he is the nephew of former Cowboys' quarterback Danny White and is the second cousin of current Baltimore tight end Todd Heap. Hall began his college career at Arizona State but, after completing his two-year LDS mission in 2006, transferred to BYU and was promptly named first-team All-Mountain West Conference as a sophomore and in 2008 was named to the Mountain West Conference football All-Conference Second Team as a senior. After not being drafted in 2010, Hall signed with Arizona as a free agent. Source: Arizona Republic
Was hoping that we drafted him but i'm content with Jason Campbell. I thought Max was one of the better QB's to come out in a long time just didn't get the media hype that Sam Bradford and "The Chosen One" Tim Tebow got during the draft. His performance against the Sooners was unreal..
