The Arizona Cardinals have signed seventh-round pick OG Trevor Canfield to a three-year contract, the team announced on Thursday. Canfield, the second of their seventh-round picks, was a second-team All-American and was also named a second-team All-Big East Conference selection for the third straight season as a senior in 2008 as he started all 14 games at right guard and helped anchor the offensive line for the Big East champs.
