The Arizona Cardinals signed linebacker Vic So'oto after bringing him in for a visit along with Mark Anderson and Markus White, Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports. The Cardinals also signed former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Bruce Taylor to their practice squad. The Cardinals have promoted linebacker Dontay Moch from the practice squad. Source:The Redzone
