Bob McManaman of the Arizona Republic says 6-foot-7, 365-pound Cardinals rookie offensive lineman Herman "House" Johnson is working on his conditioning. Johnson topped out at 411 pounds when he reported to LSU as a freshman and last season, carried a playing weight between 385 and 390. He's dropped about 25 pounds since then, down to 365, and the Cardinals are encouraging him to trim down even further, to about 350 or 355.

Keep him in at guard and let the big baby play.

I hope we put him at Guard, I think he could be a beast there. I'm afraid we'll put him at tackle though because of his size, just like we did with Leonard Davis, and ruin his potential. Davis sucked butt till he went to Dallas and they played him where he should have been.
