Free Safety Aaron Rouse has been waived by the Arizona Cardinals. Rouse suffered whiplash in a recent auto accident, so the Cards couldn't use him. He's now been released twice in the past five months. Needless to say, his ceiling for 2010 is somebody's practice squad. He was replaced on the roster by former Arizona State wide receiver Mike Jones. Source: Rototimes
