Receiver Larry Fitzgerald will play against the Lions today, despite missing practice time with a hamstring injury. Fitzgerald tested the hamstring 2 1/2 hours before the game and appeared to be running fine. There were no surprises among the Cardinals inactive players. Running back Ryan Williams is among them for the second consecutive week. Others: quarterback Ryan Lindley, linebacker Alex Okafor, nose tackle Alameda Ta’amu, tackle Bobby Massie, guard Earl Watford and tight end Rob Housler. Source: Arizona Republic
