Carson Palmer threw for a season-high 419 yards to go with a pair of touchdowns as the Arizona Cardinals downed the Jacksonville Jaguars, 27-14, to claim their third straight win from EverBank Field.

Chad Henne passed for 255 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions on 27-of-42 efficiency for Jacksonville (1-9), which failed to build off of its first win of the season last Sunday.

SteveRobWhatever's Take: The Cardinals are now 6-4 and are a legit threat in the NFC playoff race. The Jaguars didn't get the Titans this week, so it was back to losing for them.

Jags or no Jags, the Cards' defense was as good as I've seen them all year. Once the Jags got into Cards territory, that was it.

17 yards rushing against the No. 32 rushing defense in the NFL? Not sure if that or the fact that we only had 21 rushing attempts has me concerned with the way Bruce Arians game plans.

Time to stand up and take notice, these Cardinals can ball. That defense is pretty sick.
