Chargers Release OT Marcus McNeill

    The San Diego Chargers will release left tackle Marcus McNeill this afternoon in time for the start of Free Agency according to agent Alvin Keels. The Chargers expect to save $10 million by waiving McNeill.

    He's still young at 28 but hasn't been medically cleared to play. And they owed him money in the next few days.
