Vincent Brown has signed a four-year contract and will officially begin catching passes from Philip Rivers in Friday's training camp practice. The signing of the wide receiver out of San Diego State leaves just first-rounder Corey Liuget and third-rounder Shareece Wright unsigned. Brown caught 209 passes for 3,110 yards and 23 touchdowns in his SDSU career. The receptions and yards place him third in school history and the touchdowns are fifth-most. As a senior, Brown caught 69 balls for 1,352 yards and 10 touchdowns, ranking sixth in the nation with 104 yards per game. Source: San Diego Union Tribune
