Free agent safety Quinton Teal has signed with the San Diego Chargers, Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports. An undrafted free agent out of Coastal Carolina, Teal signed with the Carolina Panthers in 2007. The 6-1, 187-pound safety totaled 45 tackles, including 23 on special teams, during his 44 games with the Panthers. Teal established a career-high with 20 tackles in 2009, where Teal started a career-high three games. Signed by the Seattle Seahawks on April 28, Teal was cut on June 9 when the Seahawks signed a pair of 2010 draft picks. Source: Mac's Football Blog
