Chargers receiver Eddie Royal practiced Monday for the first time since being hospitalized with a bruised lung and concussion. He was among the several Chargers players who returned to work on Labor Day, including defensive end Corey Liuget (shoulder), cornerback Johnny Patrick (concussion) and safety Darrell Stuckey (undisclosed). Liuget injured his shoulder Aug. 15 on the third play of the second preseason game against the Bears, straining it while sacking quarterback Jay Cutler.
