The Kansas City Chiefs have downgraded defensive end Tyson Jackson (knee) and offensive tackle Ryan O'Callaghan (groin) to "Out" for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. Both were listed as "Questionable" on Friday's injury report. Jackson was injured in Monday night's season-opener against the San Diego Chargers, while O'Callaghan's groin injury kept him from starting at right tackle. Barry Richardson is expected to start for O'Callaghan, with Shaun Smith expected to get the start at defensive end. 2009 third-round pick Alex Magee is also expected to play a larger role with Jackson out.
