The Kansas City Chiefs now have a few more weeks to figure out the Jarrad Page situation. Page signed his restricted free agent tender on Friday meaning he now counts against the roster. The Chiefs have requested and received from the league a roster exemption, which is different from placement on the roster exempt list, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk. The two big points in all of this: Page will not be counted against the 53-man roster for the first two regular season games and he will be paid for those two weeks. So Page won't count for the first two games while the Chiefs determine what they'll do with him.
