The Chiefs now have just one tendered restricted free agent left to sign. Tuesday afternoon, LB Corey Mays officially inked his second-round tender offer that Kansas City extended to him back on March 5th. Mays was a surprise find last season in free agency as he started 13 games an inside linebacker for the Chiefs and set single-season career highs in tackles (100), passes defensed (1) and quarterback pressures (4). It wouldn't hurt my feelings if we improved this position in the draft. Mays would be a great special teamer but we need better starting.
