Chiefs LB Jovan Belcher was fined $15,000 by the NFL for his hit on Jets QB Mark Sanchez in the Jets' 37-10 win last week, according a person with knowledge of the fine. That person requested anonymity because the league has not announced the fine. Belcher made helmet-to-helmet contact with Sanchez in the third quarter of the game.
