Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel suffered a concussion last Sunday against the Ravens and had to leave the game. Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star reports Cassel has not been cleared by doctors and won't practice today. Coach Romeo Crennel hasn't ruled Cassel out for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but it is very unlikely he will play. Source: The Redzone
The KC fans will get what they wished for. Makes no matter that it'll be Quinn, anybody but Cassell. Maybe in a few weeks they'll be screaming for Cassell to return.
Probably another defensive lineman. They've needed help on the O-Line and QB position in the last two drafts and go with Tyson Jackson and Dontari Poe. As long as Pioli and Crennell are there, picking a QB is 50/50 at best. I realize Scott Pioli is a genius, but what a dumb heck.
