The Chiefs ruled injured running back Peyton Hillis and defensive lineman Glenn Dorsey out of Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers, Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star reports. Hillis has a high ankle sprain and Dorsey a sore calf.

The Chiefs ruled out quarterback Matt Cassel earlier in the week because of a concussion.

But Crennel confirmed free safety Kendrick Lewis would play on Sunday for the first time this season. Lewis injured his shoulder in a preseason game in St. Louis.
