The Chiefs added another free agent Friday in offensive tackle Geoff Schwartz according to the Kansas City Star. Schwartz, 6 feet 6 and 340 pounds, had this to say on his Twitter account Friday: “Excited to officially be a new member of the @kcchiefs!†A four-year veteran, Schwartz played in 13 games last year for the Vikings. He played in college at Oregon, where he became a seventh-round NFL Draft choice in 2008 by Carolina, where he played from 2009-11. Schwartz has played both tackle and guard.
