Chiefs beat writer Josh Looney is reporting on his Twitter page that the Chiefs have activated Dwayne Bowe. Bowe finished serving his four game NFL suspension for violating the substance abuse policy. Bowe was reinstated by the NFL on Monday, but the Chiefs were very quiet on whether or not Bowe would be available to play this Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. Source: Josh Looney, Twitter.com
