Chris Kluwe, Vikings Reach Settlement, Avoid Lawsuit

    The Minnesota Vikings and former punter Chris Kluwe have worked out a settlement avoiding a potential lawsuit from Kluwe.

    The dispute involved Kluwe threatening to sue for over $10 million because he said the team wouldn't release a full investigative report into his allegations that special teams coach Mike Priefer made homophobic remarks.

    A joint press conference with details of the settlement is set for next week.
